Expansion at Box Cleaning Service: new location and new crate washer
Box Cleaning Service recently celebrated their 12.5-year anniversary with great news. The company from Baarlo (Netherlands), which offers cleaning services for various industry, announced an expansion. That expansion was also a good reason to order a new tunnel crate washer. Limex is proud that this is already the fifth Limex washing machine that BCS is using.
Full service, taking over the entire cleaning process
BCS cleans crates, boxes and trays in all sizes, for customers in the food industry, medical sector and agriculture. The idea is to supply full service: crates, pallets or boxes are picked up, and brought back to the client after the washing and drying process.
Proud of ISO standard for food safety management
Hygiene is paramount for BCS. Their eye for quality is confirmed by the ISO 22000 for food safety management, an accomplishment that the company is understandably proud of. Limex crate washers are an important link in complying with this standard, thanks to the unique washing process.
Four parameters lead to the best possible washing result and remove ToBRFV and Fusarium.
The new machine, a tunnel washer that can clean crates on two parallel tracks and is equipped with self-cleaning drum filters. The machine can apply the washing process proven by Limex to remove ToBRFV and Fusarium. This washing process has four parameters that ensure an optimal result: temperature, cleaning agent, mechanical force (spraying under pressure) and time (how long the previous parameters are applied).
Crate washing machine is low in maintenance and easily adjusted
Because BCS doesn’t have its own crates and pallets but washes for others, a big plus is that the machines can be adjusted in terms of length, width and height. Also BCS, Luc Vrenken, is also enthusiastic about working together with Limex: “We have been working together to our full satisfaction for years. I have seen many washers running in practice, but the reliability of Limex really makes them stand out.”
